Deleting your account
Fastest route: from inside the game
- Open the game.
- Tap the gear in the top right to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Confirming starts your account's 30-day pending deletion window right away — there is no separate confirmation step to wait for. This works for guest accounts too: a guest's garden is still your data.
Without installing the game
If the game is not on your phone, write to the address below from the email address you signed in with, with "Delete account" as the subject. That email is how we verify it is you.
Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest, usually within a few days.
What is deleted, what remains

If you sign in again within 30 days of deleting your account, the deletion request is cancelled and your account comes back with its data. Once those 30 days pass, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered; signing in again after that starts a brand new garden.
