Terms of Use
By downloading and playing Verda you agree to these terms. We kept them short: an agreement nobody reads protects nobody.
Who provides the game
Verda is developed and published by Verda Interactive. Contact: hello@verdainteractive.com. Everything about data lives in a separate document: Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You can play as a guest, but a guest account stays on that one device. Signing in with Google or Apple is what makes your garden follow you to a new phone.
- The username you pick is visible to others on the ladder. We may change names that are abusive, impersonate someone, or are misleading.
- You can delete your account from inside the game at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
Age
The game is not directed at anyone under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, get a parent's permission before buying anything with real money.
In-game currency and items
Coins, seeds, pots and cosmetics in your garden are an in-game licence, not property. They are not a real currency: they cannot be cashed out, sold, transferred outside the game, or exchanged for anything of real-world value. What you get is the right to use them inside the game for as long as the game runs.
Buying with real money
- Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play. Your card details never reach us.
- What you buy is consumable: it counts as used the moment it lands in your account.
- An item reaches your garden within a few seconds of the purchase completing. If it does not, write to the address above — we have your receipt and we will fix it.
- Refunds follow the store's rules. We cannot issue one ourselves; you have to ask Apple or Google. If a refund is granted, we reserve the right to remove the items that purchase granted.
- We may change prices and what is on sale. Changes are not retroactive: nothing you already own is taken away.
Ads
Watching a rewarded ad is entirely optional and refills your watering can. Choosing never to watch one does not lock any part of the game. Ad content comes from Google AdMob; we are not responsible for what an advertiser says.
What you may not do
- Break, automate, reverse-engineer or cheat against the game or its server.
- Send requests to the server by any route other than the game itself.
- Sell or transfer your account.
- Harass other players.
If we find you doing any of these we may suspend or close your account. Purchases are not refunded in that case.
The game itself
Verda is an online game and runs against a server. There may be interruptions for maintenance, faults or updates. If we ever decide to shut the game down, we will announce it inside the game at least 30 days beforehand and stop selling anything during that period.
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is in any case limited to what you paid into the game over the preceding 12 months. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Content and rights
The game's art, audio, text and code belong to Verda Interactive. You are free to share screenshots and video of the game, streaming and video content included.
Changes
If these terms change, the date changes with them. For a change that materially affects you, we will say so inside the game as well.
Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Rights granted to you by the consumer legislation of your own country are unaffected.
