Seed

Sow indoors in February or March. Seeds germinate in 1 to 3 weeks at 24 to 30 °C.

At least 5 to 10 litres, with drainage holes.

Water

When the surface dries. A little thirst makes the peppers hotter.

Harvest

You can pick them green; once they colour up they are hotter and sweeter. Cut with scissors rather than pulling.
